You can have multiple companies under the same QuickBooks Online account. Each company file is it's own paid subscription, but you access them with the same sign-in info.

This lets you quickly switch between companies so you can manage everything more efficiently. Start a new company file with data from your existing file



    You must sign in to vote, reply, or post. First, create a copy of an existing company file. Select All Transactions and click on Next.
